Set Print Area in OpenOffice
When You using Microsoft Word, You can set it in menu :
File -> Print Area -> Set Print Area
but if you using Open Office Spreadsheet/Calc
You can set print area in Open Office with this menu :
Format -> Print Ranges -> Define

In OOo - “View” > “Page Break Preview” gives a more closer equivalent of the “Set Print Area” features in MSOffice. You can move around the blue page-break lines in a familiar manner
