yesterday, my friend on the office call me because she can not print a document with her new printer. I Thinks its weird cause the day before i already installed the driver and there is a Canon ip1980 printer. When she restart the computer, canon ip1980 is gone ..
When she tried tried to print it will display error “Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running.” Hmmm . I thinks it’s the problem

“Print spooler is a service in windows which have function to move file or document to be printed.

You can run print spooler by follow ins

1. Open control panel >> Administrative Tools >> services
2. find print spooler , then click twice
3. set startup type to “Automatic”
4. click “Start”
And your done, just test print your document,
You can also do simple step by
1. Choose Start - Run >>
2. Type services.msc
3. find print spooler , then click twice
4. set startup type to “Automatic”
5. click “Start”
